At Champers Events, we recommend booking our services as early as possible to secure your desired date and ensure all your needs are met. Ideally, we advise couples to book their wedding planner at least 12-18 months in advance to allow for ample time for planning, coordination, and securing vendors. Similarly, we advise at least 6 months in advance for events, however, we understand that every wedding or event timeline is unique, so we also accommodate shorter notice bookings whenever possible.
